As background, I have bought and sold more than a dozen residential properties over the past 35 years. We decided to sell my parents' vacation home in Bonita Bay, so I called to Angela after receiving her mailing. Within 10 minutes I got a reply text from Angela saying that she was in a meeting and would call me right back. 20 minutes later she did just that.

That level of service typifies Scott and Angela's approach.
She is the best agent I have ever worked with in terms of communication, candid coaching, and follow through.

Her marketing of the home was comprehensive. The most professional online presence for our listing with excellent photography, video and property description. This is critical as many buyers are looking for detailed property descriptions online, and in some cases buy sight unseen during Covid.

Many agents are aggressive in getting the listing, but fade a bit after that step. The opposite is true with Angela. As residents of Bonita Bay themselves, they can market your property with expertise.

We got several solid offers on our home within the first couple weeks...and importantly in response to the selling price I set, with their input, not the other way around.

We handled the entire transaction with me living out of state. Don't waste your time calling other Agents :-) ...Angela is awesome!
